Promotional Campaign Terms & Conditions

„300 PLN discount for subscribing to the Newsletter from  www.rometmotors.pl”

 

§ 1. General

  1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the Promotional Campaign „300 PLN discount for subscribing to the Newsletter from www.rometmotors.pl” provided by the Online Store at www.rometmotors.pl
  2. The nomenclature used in these Terms & Conditions is defined as follows:
    1. Organiser: Romet sp. z o.o. (a limited liability company) with its registered office of business near Dębica (post code 39-200), ul. Podgrodzie 32c, incorporated in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) managed by the 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register at the District Court in Rzeszów under the reference KRS 0000234280, NIP (tax ID) 8722235254, and REGON (Statistical Registry No.) 180040712;
    2. Customer: each newly registered user of the „Newsletter” service provided by the Organiser who has expressed the consent to receive e-mail communications by subscribing to the „Newsletter” service, the Terms & Conditions of which are available on www.rometmotors.pl  and participating in this Promotional Campaign;
    3. Consumer: a customer who is a natural person purchasing from the Online Shop without any direct relation to the customer’s business or professional activity as construed under Polish Civil Code Article 221 and participates in the Promotional Campaign;
    4. Polish Civil Code: the Polish Civil Code Law of 23 April 1964 (consolidated text: Dz.U. 2019.1145, as amended);
    5. Polish Consumer Rights Law: the Polish Consumer Rights Law of 30 May 2014 (consolidated text: Dz.U. 2020.287);
    6. Promotional Campaign: the promotional campaign defined in these Terms and Conditions;
    7. Promotional Products: all products available in the offer of the Online Store during the the Promotional Campaign;
    8. Online Store: the Organiser’s online store available at www.rometmotors.pl.
    9. T&C: these Terms and Conditions 

 

§ 2  Promotional Campaign terms and duration

  1. The Promotional Campaign is valid from 15/07/2022 until further notice.
  2. The Organiser enables all Customers who have agreed to receive the rometmotors.pl Newsletter during the Promotional Campaign period to receive a discount code that entitles the Customers to a discount of PLN 300 (in words: three hundred Polish zlotys) for purchases of discounted or non-discounted Promotional Products which belong to the motorcycles category in the Online Store at rometmotors.pl when making a purchase for a minimum of PLN 1000. 
  3. A discount code can only be used once within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of its issue.
  4. This discount can be aggregated with other promotional campaigns and clearance sales managed by the Organiser.
  5. The price of a Promotional Product, inclusive of the discount specified in Section 2, will be calculated after the discount code — received by e-mail in response to confirmation of the Newsletter subscription — is entered during the purchase process.
  6. The discount code will not be reimbursed in cash.

 

 

§ 3  Terms of Promotional Product return and replacement

  1. The Promotional Products purchased from the Online Store can be returned as regulated by the Polish Consumer Rights Law and the Online Store Policy available at https://rometmotors.pl/Regulamin_sklepu,166.html
  2. In the event of termination of the purchase contract concluded using the Promotional Campaign, the Customer shall be refunded the price of the Promotional Products actually paid by the Customer.

 

 

§ 4  Complaints

  1. Complaints relating to participation in this Promotional Campaign shall be submitted no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of termination of the Promotional Campaign to the Organiser’s mailing address or to the e-mail address serwis@arkus.com.pl with the annotation „ Complaint” and — in order to expedite examination of the complaint — together with the full name, contact details (e.g. telephone number and e-mail address), and a description of the reasons for the complaint.
  2. The Organiser will respond to the served complaint within 14 (fourteen) days and will notify the Customer thereof in writing, at the address given in the complaint, or by e-mail, at the Customer’s choice. 

 

 

§ 5  Terms and conditions of Newsletter transmission

  1. The publisher of the newsletter is Romet Sp. z o.o. with its registered office of business in Podgrodzie, Poland („ROMET").
  2. As a part of the newsletter service provision, ROMET periodically sends information via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the user, which is hereinafter referred to as the „Newsletter”.
  3. The Newsletter subscription service of the Website rometmotors.pl (the„Website"), is a service free of charge, available to any user of the Website who has agreed in the signup process to subscribe to and receive the Newsletter.
  4. The Newsletter is sent to registered (signed up) users two to four times a month.
  5. The Newsletter contains advertisements, the current sales offer and information on business operations and events concerning ROMET.
  6. The Newsletter service is ordered by the user by performing the following signup actions on the rometmotors.pl website: 
    • providing the e-mail address in the appropriate form, to which e-mail address the user wishes to receive the Newsletter. The form is available on specifically identified pages of the Website and the corresponding landing pages displayed to the user when visiting the Website;
    • confirming your consent to receive promotional information by ticking the appropriate checkbox on the application form;
    • activating the link in the body of an e-mail sent automatically to the e-mail address provided by the user, in order to verify that the information provided during the signup process is correct.
  7. Failure to confirm correct verification of the user’s e-mail address will result in the deletion of the data entered into the database after 7 days from the date of data submission.
  8. The user’s use of the services provided via e-mail requires an active and correctly configured e-mail account.
  9. Each „Newsletter” contains:
    • a completed „Subject” field, specifying the content of the e-mail;
    • an advice on how to cancel the service or change its parameters (e.g. the user’s e-mail address).
  10. Any subscriber to the „Newsletter” may unsubscribe by clicking the link shown in the footer of each e-mail message.
  11. The e-mail address provided by the subscriber to subscribe to the Newsletter will not be further processed or disclosed to third parties without the subscriber’s consent.

 

§ 6  Miscellaneous

  1. The contents of these T&C are available in the Online Store and at the Organiser’s registered office of business.
  2. Whenever reasonable to do so, the Organiser reserves the right to modify these T&C, as well as to change the duration of this Promotional Campaign or to suspend it temporarily, without prejudice to the rights acquired by the Customers before the date of the change or modification.
  3. Any matters not regulated by these T&C shall be governed by generally applicable law.
  4. The e-mail address provided by the Customer to subscribe to the Newsletter will not be further processed or disclosed to third parties without the Consumer’s consent.
  5. The Customer’s use of the services provided via e-mail requires an active and correctly configured e-mail account.
  6. Any Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking on the link in the footer of each e-mail message with the Newsletter.
