2. The Personal Data Controller has designated a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted in matters related to the protection of personal data and the exercise of rights related thereto. 3. The personal data you provide by contacting us via the contact form on the website will be processed for the purpose of return contact from Arkus & Romet Group sp. z o.o. and allow us to clarify your concerns or issues with which you contact us.

The contact form contains data which allows the user’s identity to be determined, like personal and contact details (e-mail, first name, surname, company name, city, address, province, and telephone number). The personal data is submitted during the contact process via the contact form is by ticking the appropriate checkbox.

5. The submission your personal data is voluntary; however, the refusal to submit the personal data will prevent us from contacting you and thus from dealing with or responding to the issues you raise with us.

The processing of the personal data you provide for the purpose of contacting you via the contact form is based on of your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation, EU OJ L 2016, No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

7. Your personal data can also be processed — irrespective of your consent — for purposes arising from the Personal Data Controller’s legitimate interests, i.e. in connection with the assertion and defence of claims (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).

8. Your personal data will be stored by us for a period of 5 years unless your consent to the processing of your personal data is withdrawn before this date.

You have the right to request from the Personal Data Controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and also the right to data portability and the right to declare the withdrawal of any consent given at any time. Withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing which was carried out on the basis of the consent expressed before its withdrawal.

10. Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent (if contacted via the contact form). Personal data processed for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Personal Data Controller will be processed until you have raised an effective objection to its processing (GDPR, Article 21) and no longer than the statute of limitations for claims.

11. Your personal data will not be transferred to other data recipients, non-EU countries, or international organisations, with the exception that the Personal Data Controller entrusts the processing of personal data to Ideo Sp. z o.o. solely for the purpose of storing the personal data on servers under a data hosting contract.

12. Your personal data will not be processed in any automated way.

13. You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office of Poland.
