With us, home delivery of your vehicle is not an issue at all: we offer free shipping to the address of your choice, within 1 to 7 business days. The exact shipment delivery time is specified on the product page and depends on the selected shipping method (the forwarding company).
The lead time is the maximum time for us to prepare and ship your purchase order. We ship most products by DPD and InPost parcel locker services. The motorcycles are transported by CAT.
Accessories delivery time / DPD: 1 to 2 business days
Accessories delivery time / InPost parcel lockers: 1 to 2 business days
Motorcycle delivery time / CAT: 2 to 7 business days.

365 DAYS FOR RETURNS
Buying online is convenient and 100% safe: we prove this by offering 365 days to return our products.
If the vehicle does not meet your expectations, simply send it back.
When purchasing a vehicle on www.rometmotors.pl, you have the option of returning the product later and cancelling the ‘remote purchase agreement’ (pursuant to Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Law of 30 May 2014) within a maximum period of 365 days from the date of original purchase. Your only cost of return or exchange of a product is for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
The right to the 365-day return period applies to consumers who have chosen a payment method other than an instalment loan for which the period of merchandise return is limited to 14 days according to the Polish Consumer Rights Law.
The 365-day return period applies only to unregistered motorcycles.
When deciding to return a product, remember the following:
- The product shall be free of any evidence of use (which means you can inspect the products when the shipment is delivered, just like you would in a regular store)
- The product shall be in a condition that facilitates its resale as a new/unused product
- The product shall be returned with all original tags and labels and in its original packaging
- If returning a motorcycle, the product must be returned with all of its original documents and manuals complete
